Step 1: Blow up a balloon. Twist the end of the balloon and close it with a clothespin, as shown.

Step 2: Draw a face on the balloon.

Step 3: Paste two feathers for each wing and tape the ends on the balloon.

Step 4: Now comes the fun part! Just unclip the balloon and toss it in the air. Watch the balloon fly like a bird!
